WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We only use Wix Payments as our payment platform. Wix Payments accepts credit card payments from all major providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. If you are viewing the website in a local currency, please note all transactions will be charged in GBP (£).

MY PREFERRED ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE - WILL THE PRODUCTS BE RESTOCKED?

No. The products listed are limited to what is available in our inventory. It will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis so make sure you don't miss out!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Six Day Merchandise has a no returns policy in place and will not offer refunds on products that are unwanted or mistaken orders. Due to the limited inventory available we are unable to offer exchanges, and all sales are final. Please see below for specific exceptions:


Refunds will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty, or the product has been misdescribed. Images of the faulty product should be taken and sent to merchandise@sixday.com along with your order number, and a representative will be in touch to resolve the issue. Refunds will take between 3-5 business days to reach your bank account once processed.

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

It is unlikely we will be able to change the order if it has already been processed. However, we assess orders on a case-by-case basis so please email merchandise@sixday.com with your order number as soon as possible, and someone will be in contact to try and help resolve the issue.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

An order will take 2-3 business days to be processed once confirmed before being ready to ship. If an order is confirmed after 5.30pm GMT, it will not be processed until the next business day. Here at Six Day Series, we are a small team so please be patient with us while we get your order sorted.

Orders are usually delivered between 3-5 business day after the order has been shipped.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Domestic shipping

Shipping within the UK is a flat fee of £3.99 and any orders over £60.00 (before shipping costs) will receive free shipping.

 

International shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Due to the UK's exit from the European Union, we are navigating the new guidance set out and therefore are not able to offer EU customers any shipping until this has been processed.

All products will be shipped via standard shipping options, we do not offer any express services.

WHY CAN'T I SEE ANY TAX ON MY ORDER?

Tax is already included in the product price so will not be immediately visible, however, shipping costs will be visible in your cart. Please bear this in mind when confirming your purchases. If you are viewing the website in a local currency, please note all transactions will be charged in GBP (£).
