RETURN POLICY

Six Day Merchandise has a no returns policy in place and will not offer refunds on products that are unwanted or mistaken orders. Due to the limited inventory available we are unable to offer exchanges, and all sales are final. Please see below for specific exceptions:


In compliance with UK retail law, refunds will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty, or the product has been misdescribed. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us. Images of the faulty product should be taken and sent to merchandise@sixday.com, and a representative will be in touch to resolve the issue. Refunds will take between 3-5 business days to reach your bank account once processed.


Customers are entitled to request a cancellation of their order if they notify Six Day Merchandise as soon as possible after the order has been confirmed and it has not already been dispatched. If the items have already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order and provide a refund.
